HOW DO YOU MANAGE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND MATERIAL?

Confidentiality is key. We are no stranger to signing NDAs and confidentiality agreements and ultimately understand that most projects and briefs are top secret. At Litmus we have strict in house standard operating procedures to ensure the safe storage and destruction of data, information and material.

IN WHICH FILE FORMAT CAN ARTWORK BE SUPPLIED?

We prefer artwork to be supplied in vectorised illustrator (AI) or EPS format. But we can still work with Hi Res PDF’s. All artwork should be supplied with 300 dpi high resolution images embedded into the file, so any links can be attached, with all fonts set to outline. If applicable, we’d love Pantone references to be stated.

If this is all a mystery to you, then please don’t hesitate to call our studio manager who can assist with friendly advice.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

We can produce most projects within a few working days. (Perfect for trade shows and important sales meetings!)

HOW DO I PAY?

For a first order we will issue a Pro Forma invoice which will require payment up front, after this we are able to set up your account. By referencing your purchase order, we will issue an invoice. Terms are then strictly 30 days after receipt of invoice and payment can be made by BACS, direct transfer or cheque.

WHAT PRINT QUALITY CAN I EXPECT?

Print quality is determined by the quality of artwork that we receive, but also the method of printing used.

WHAT SOFTWARE DO YOU USE?

Latest Full Adobe Creative Suite. Apple devices used throughout.

WHAT WILL BE THE SETTING-UP COST?

This varies according to the type of product and printing process you choose.

An estimate is always provided on our quotation and firm prices are given once we receive artwork and always before we proceed. Please contact us for a more in-depth discussion with our team.

HOW QUICKLY WILL THEY ARRIVE?

Delivery timings vary according to the product required. If a delivery date is important, for example for an exhibition, then please advise at the time of order. This will influence the advice we give regarding suitable products, sources and print finishes.

SHIPPING AND POSTAGE

All our mock-ups are handled with great care and attention. We carefully wrap and package them, so they make it to you in pristine condition! We even wrap them in our own ‘Litmus’ wrapping paper, except for delivery direct to your client! We have a range of shipping options depending on the client requirements from local delivery to world-wide.

HOW DO YOU MEASURE QUALITY CONTROL?

We have a Full QC department in-house, Files are pre-flight checked against original specifications and at various stages throughout production and prior to dispatch.

WHAT IF I THINK THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER

We will always discuss any issues in a totally professional manner before, during and after print. If there is a genuine fault in manufacturing or a printing error that has occurred, we will always go that one step further to resolve the problem to your complete satisfaction.
